Hi there! Welcome to my little space in the world! If you landed on this page, it’s because you may be seeking some INSPIRATION in your life ! This could range from searching for healing along your survivor journey to needing help with reorganizing or decorating your home to women’s firearms training. I’m a girl who likes to do “all the things” that enable me to LEARN & GROW in life! So I stay a lil busy, especially chasing my two sweet boys around!

I’ve created this space to share my journey and I’m hopeful it will INSPIRE someone else along theirs. (And let’s be honest, I needed a space to streamline all my many passions in life!) Over the past few years, I’ve answered the calling in my heart to share my SURVIVOR JOURNEY from sexual assault and how I have lived a HAPPY, HEALTHY & THRIVING LIFE over the past 25 years!

Aside from being a wifey, and mama to two sweet lil babes, I’m also a military retired Veteran (Air Force Gal over here)! I possess a genuine passion to help others by sharing my talents and own experiences in this book of life!
