Join us for this exclusive WOMEN’S ONLY firearms training. 

This is a BASIC introduction to firearms course and will be taught by a female instructor, Christy Painchaud.  It will consist of a balance of intellectual knowledge in the classroom and hands-on instruction and practical application on the range.

Training Objectives:

-Firearms safety & responsibilities

-Characteristics & capabilities

-Ammunition considerations

-Safe operation & clearing

-Loading & unloading

-Foundational marksmanship

-Care & cleaning 

Details:

All firearms and ammunition will be provided. (Ammo choices will be either 9mm, .40 cal, .45 acp, .380 acp, or .38 spl.)  If you wish to bring your own firearm and ammo for familiarization, please feel free to do so.  Just be sure to unload it before you arrive in the classroom.   

Hearing and eye protection are provided but feel free to bring your own if you have it. 

Please wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothing.

We will have an hour lunch break.  So, there will be sufficient time if you plan to leave for lunch or you can pack one and enjoy lunch at the beautiful pond at the club.
